My name is Rodney Maller and I am the director of Right Choice Training, a company dedicated to helping your company maximize its potential through customer service excellence; effectively allowing your business to stand out from the crowd.

I have made a career in the service industry, from having owned and operated restaurants and being involved in corporate sales with companies like Fuji Xerox. It is through this career path that I have found Exceptional Customer Service is essential, working as the backbone of any business’ success in attracting and keeping customers; reducing costs and increasing profits.

 I also recognize after living and working here in Indonesia for more than 6 years the need for English training services, and customer service training.  It is through training and development in these areas that businesses can create a culture of exceptional service standards that will capture the market here in Indonesia and the region.
